Storyland Village (1955–1962) was a short-lived but beloved roadside attraction located on State Highway 66 in Neptune, New Jersey, situated on the 54-acre tract of land near the Asbury Circle that would later become the Seaview Square Mall. Opening its gates around Decoration Day (Memorial Day) in 1955, the park was a "passive" walk-through experience designed as a "Garden of Make Believe," where children could physically step into three-dimensional nursery rhymes.

The park was owned and operated by Frank J. Tomaino, Sr., a prominent local businessman who also owned Suburban Oil Supply in Deal and was a member of the famous 1932 Long Branch High School football team. Under his direction, the park featured vivid, large-scale dioramas and structures, including King Arthur’s Court, a "Party Cake" structure, Mistress Mary’s Garden, The Garden of Allah, and a Cinderella’s Pumpkin Coach perfect for photo opportunities.

Unlike modern thrill parks, Storyland Village relied on the charm of its handcrafted figures and the post-war trend of "roadside fairytale gardens" to attract families driving to the shore. However, largely due to rising insurance costs, skyrocketing land values, and the changing entertainment habits of the 1960s, the park closed permanently around 1962. The site sat largely dormant for over a decade until the ground was broken in 1975 for the Seaview Square Mall, which opened in 1977, forever burying the fairytale village under retail space.
