Over time, the Asbury Casino and its attractions fell into decline, and many of the original structures were left abandoned. Despite this, the carousel, known as Carousel #87 from the Philadelphia Toboggan Company, continued to operate until 1990 before being moved to Family Kingdom Park in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Today, the remnants of the casino and its attractions serve as reminders of Asbury Park's storied past, with efforts underway to preserve and honor its history.

The hoodie itself is a 100% cotton face over a 65/35 cotton-poly body, built with a 3-panel hood and matching flat drawstrings for actual boardwalk wind, not just for show. A front pouch pocket and a self-fabric back patch round it out; the blank ships from Pakistan.
