For two decades, the Broadway Grille sat at the corner of Broad and Monmouth, serving up burgers, pasta, and Broadway-themed vibes before Count Basie shows or nights out downtown. From its opening in 1992 until the final curtain call in 2013, it was a staple of Red Bank’s dining scene — part of the ’90s wave of themed restaurants, and remembered fondly by locals who grew up on its casual menu and showbiz décor.
