The memory

Frankie and Johnny's Saloon was a genuine staple sitting right at 1 Ocean Terrace in Seaside Heights. Long before the reality cameras found the boardwalk... and long before the bulldozers inevitably cleared the lot around 2007 for more parking... this was a proper old-school joint. It operated in the space that used to be McKelvey's back in the day. You did not go here for a pretentious atmosphere. You went because the sign outside clearly promised cold beer, liquor, and sandwiches... and the place delivered exactly that. It was a gritty, authentic piece of the old Seaside Heights that simply does not exist anymore.

This shirt has more weight to it than a soft fashion tee — 4.5 oz, 100% ring-spun cotton, double-seamed neck and sleeves. Rather than a tube construction, it's quarter-turned. Made only after it's ordered, printed one at a time, no bulk run behind it.
