The memory

Freda's Italian Kitchen, also known as Freda's Bar & Grill, was a beloved fixture on Ridge Avenue in Asbury Park, New Jersey. It was owned and operated by Freda and Sam Aldarelli. The restaurant opened its doors in 1935 and quickly became one of the most popular dining spots in Asbury Park. Freda's was known for its warm, welcoming atmosphere and delicious food. It was a family-friendly establishment, offering a special menu for children, making it a favorite spot for family gatherings and celebrations. The restaurant featured a variety of American cuisine, with a focus on hearty, home-cooked meals. Over the years, Freda's Restaurant became an integral part of the community, hosting numerous events and gatherings. It was a place where locals and visitors alike could enjoy good food and great company. Unfortunately, like many historic establishments, Freda's Restaurant eventually closed its doors. However, its legacy lives on in the memories of those who dined there and the stories passed down through generations.

Ring-spun cotton, four and a half ounces to the yard, sturdier than a fashion tee. The neck and both sleeves get a reinforced double stitch, a tape strip runs shoulder to shoulder, no fold splitting the front since it's quarter-turned. Sport Grey runs 90% cotton to 10% polyester; the heathers flip that ratio.
