The fabric underneath is 100% combed, ring-spun cotton at 4.2 oz/yd² and 30 singles, side-seamed rather than cut from a tube. Tri-blend colorways run lighter, 3.8 oz/yd², working polyester and rayon into the cotton blend.

The graphic is printed direct to garment, one shirt at a time, after you order it.
