The memory

Sunshine In was a club on Asbury Park's west side, part of the run of small rooms that gave that side of town its own sound — soul and R&B, mostly, played by people who lived a few blocks away. It wasn't glamorous. It was where the music actually happened.

This one reproduces the club's name the way it would've hung out front, no elaboration needed. For anyone who was in that room, or who's since learned what that room meant to Asbury Park music.

Soft is the word for this shirt — combed, ring-spun cotton at 4.2 oz/yd², shoulder-to-shoulder taping so the neckline doesn't stretch out of shape, side seams for a cleaner line. It's a fitted-but-not-tight cut, pre-shrunk before it ever reaches you, and printed to order the same as everything else here.

The graphic is printed direct to garment, one shirt at a time, after you order it.
