Brannigan's Bar & Grill was a long-standing fixture on Wharf Avenue in Red Bank, New Jersey, operating as a classic American pub and what many affectionately referred to as a "dive bar" for over three decades, notably starting in the mid-1980s. Located diagonally across from The Globe, it was known for its casual, group-friendly atmosphere, traditional pub fare, and high ceilings, and was a popular spot for locals and those seeking a low-key watering hole. In early 2015, after 31 years, the majority stake in Brannigan's was purchased by Paul Marcotte, who briefly attempted to manage the bar while planning a significant renovation and re-concepting of the space. It closed later that year and underwent a complete transformation, ultimately reopening in 2016 as the upscale Red Rock Tap + Grill, complete with multiple levels of outdoor decks overlooking the Navesink River.
