Materials and print

Fabric: Cotton

It's built as a 6-panel, unstructured low-profile cap in 100% cotton twill with that washed-out, vintage look already baked in. Six sewn eyelets and a black sweatband round out the inside, an antique-brass metal snap buckle adjusts the back, and the logo is a direct-to-film print on the front.

The design is printed with a direct-to-film (DTF) transfer, one cap at a time, after you order it.

Made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Your cap is made after you buy it and ships directly from the print facility, not from the Jersey Shore. Most orders ship within 3 business days, then normal transit time. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and it is free on any 3 tees or any order over $99.

What happened to FM 106.3 WHTG?

WHTG signed on in 1961 and ran from a small house in Tinton Falls, licensed to Eatontown. The alternative format that made it famous started in August 1984. The station was sold in 2000 and became G106.3, later G-Rock Radio. G-Rock ended on January 19, 2009, when the frequency flipped to Top 40 in the middle of the day. 106.3 is now Thunder 106, a country station.
