Underneath the logo, it's a 6-panel, unstructured low-profile cap made from 100% cotton twill with a washed, vintage finish. Six sewn eyelets vent the crown, a black sweatband lines the inside, and an antique-brass snap buckle adjusts the fit in back — the design is embroidered, never printed.

The graphic is printed direct to garment, one shirt at a time, after you order it.

Printed to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Your shirt is printed after you buy it and ships directly from the print facility, not from the Jersey Shore. Expect a few days of production before it ships, then normal transit time. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and it is free on any 3 tees or any order over $99.
