Every Jersey kid learns the story. In 1735, the tale goes, Mother Leeds learned she was expecting her thirteenth child and said it might as well be the devil. What was born grew horns, bat wings, hooves and a forked tail, then flew up the chimney and into the Pine Barrens. Over one week in January 1909, reports of the creature came in from across South Jersey and Philadelphia, with hoofprints turning up in places no animal should reach. The New Jersey Devils hockey team still carries its name.

The print is an original woodcut-style Jersey Devil, free-floating with horns, bat wings, cloven hooves and a forked tongue, with JERSEY lettered beneath it in blackletter. Cream ink on a dark shirt.
Printed to order, one shirt at a time. Most colors are 100% ring-spun cotton at 4.5 oz, with a double pass of stitching at the neck and sleeve hems. Heathered and grey colors blend in some polyester.
The graphic is printed direct to garment, one at a time, after you order it.
Shipping and returns
Made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Your t-shirt is made after you buy it and ships directly from the print facility, not from the Jersey Shore. Most orders ship within 3 business days, then normal transit time. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and it is free on any 3 tees or any order over $99.
