If you were hitting the Belmar bar hop in the mid-80s... you definitely spent some time at Key Largo on 4th Ave. It only survived from 1983 until the wrecking ball showed up for condos in 1989... but man did it leave a mark. This is the legendary spot where Bruce crashed a Jah Love set in the summer of '87 to play reggae versions of his own songs. Whether you needed a break from the Aqua Net at D'jais or just wanted cheap drinks... this brings back the ultimate shore summer.
