For over 60 years, Peter Skokos Drive-In served up the kind of burgers, dogs, and onion-slicked flat-top magic that made summer in Point Pleasant Beach what it was. Opened in 1947 and run by the Skokos family, this iconic Jersey Shore joint was a post-beach ritual—just steps from the boardwalk, with a line of sandy feet out front and that familiar sign luring in locals and tourists alike. Though the grill went quiet in 2010, the memories still sizzle.
