Mort's Port Restaurant, located on Highway 35 at the north end of the Shark River Bridge in Neptune, New Jersey, was a popular seafood and bar establishment in the mid-20th century. Known for its picturesque views of the Shark River and the commercial fishing fleet, Mort's Port offered a variety of fresh ocean seafood, including lobster, shrimp, and fish dishes. The restaurant also catered to landlubbers with offerings like steaks, chops, and prime ribs. It was a favorite spot for locals and visitors to enjoy a meal while taking in the scenic surroundings.
