Palace Amusements
The memory
The floor moved under you in one room and the mirrors stretched you six feet wide in another, Palace Amusements packed a full century of that kind of nonsense into one building on the Asbury Park boardwalk. It closed in 1988, and the building sat empty for years afterward while a fight played out over what would happen to it.
Details
This design pulls straight from the arcade's own signage and wall artwork, the kind of lettering built to catch your eye from across the boardwalk. It's sized here for a mug, something that lands on a desk or a kitchen shelf, not a wall.
The mug itself is glossy ceramic, dishwasher and microwave safe, built to take a daily coffee run rather than sit as a display piece. The glaze keeps the arcade artwork looking sharp through repeated washes and reheats.
Made one at a time, after you order it.
Shipping and returns
Made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Your mug is made after you buy it and ships directly from the print facility, not from the Jersey Shore. Most orders ship within 3 business days, then normal transit time. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and it is free on any 3 tees or any order over $99.
